CANCELLATION POLICY
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellation for all BTW lessons. Cancellations can be made via our website or by phone.
- If 24-hour notice is not given prior to the driving lesson, the $65 charge shall apply.
- Students who are more than 15 minutes late (or do Not Show) for a driving lesson may not be allowed to the lesson and will be subject to the $65 fee.
- If a student is not prepared for a scheduled lesson (show permit, buddy, glasses, contacts, etc.) the $65 charge shall apply.
- Students with an outstanding balance will not be issued a Certificate of Completion.
